Established in 1983, PERMCO has focused on providing civil engineering design and construction management services on land development and capital improvement projects for both private and municipal clients throughout the States of California and Nevada.

2009-12-01: Another new wind farm project! PERMCO is providing civil design services for the development of a new, 15,000-acre windmill farm in the Southern California desert. The Ocotillo Express Wind Farm project involves the construction of 241 large wind turbines (2.3 MW, 93m rotor diameter, 80m hub height) over 23 square miles near the Mexican border.

2009-10-15: New project! PERMCO is providing analysis and design of drainage improvements for Del Monte Foods in Walnut Creek, CA.

2009-04-06: PERMCO has gone international! We are currently providing land planning services for a new, 3,000-unit retirement community in the Philippines targeted to Japanese seniors. The project includes the rehabilitation of an existing resort as well as the development of new single- and multi-family residential properties, commercial buildings, health care facilities, hiking trails and other recreational facilities approximately two hours south of Manila.

2009-03-12: PERMCO is now licensed to provide civil engineering services in the State of Nevada!

2009-02-04: New wind farm project! We have just begun plan development for the Spring Valley Wind Farm project in Eastern Nevada. This project involves the construction of 85 large wind turbines (2.4 MW, 101m rotor diameter, 80m hub height) on an 8,200-acre site located in White Pine County.
