PERMCO Engineering and Management - Civil Engineering
Over the past 25 years, PERMCO's staff has honed its skills on a variety of development, roadwork and infrastructure projects, from multi-phased subdivision design to street reconstructions and modifications to sanitary sewer and storm drainage systems.

PERMCO's land development division has successfully completed a variety of projects involving single- and multi-family residential developments (ranging from four-lot minor subdivisions to 750-lot major subdivisions, as well as duplex, triplex and condominium projects up to 200 units), commercial and retail building projects, alternative energy and recreational facilities, and land planning services for various residential developments up to 3,000 units.

Additionally, PERMCO has also served as the City of Clayton's Engineering Department since 1986, providing plan checking and construction inspection services on all public works and private development projects and interfacing with elected and appointed city staff, officials and citizenry during a two-decade period which has seen the City double in size and triple in population.
Our municipal engineering division has gained invaluable experience in the design of site improvements to a wide range of public facilities such as civic centers, police and fire stations, libraries and gymnasiums, schools (K-12), parks and recreational facilities.

Our continuing success is grounded in our consistent efforts to maintain three critical principles in every project we undertake: commitment to our clients and their projects; communication to ensure an on-going dialogue between the client, regulatory agencies and all team members; and flexibility in our value-engineered solutions to attain a superior project outcome. The common thread in every PERMCO project is quality, both in the final product and in the lasting positive impression we make on our clients.
